Sada Saxton is our Deputy Director, Operations. She is a programme management professional, with more than 20 years of experience working in international development, with management consultancies and higher education institutions. Sada’s expertise is in project management, portfolio management, and business analysis. She also has a particular interest in knowledge management, process facilitation, and system thinking.

Previously, Sada worked for the University of Nottingham Business School, Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) capacity development network, and for UKAid-funded technical assistance projects globally.

She has been involved with WorldPop since 2016, carrying out various project and programme management roles. In her role as Deputy Director, Operations Sada is responsible for the group’s organisational development, operational effectiveness of the portfolio of activities, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities, and engagement with University and key partner institutions.
