Borys Nosatiuk joined WorldPop in 2024 as a Senior GIS Application Developer within the Spatial Data Infrastructure team, working on WorldPop Global 2 project. He has a MSc in Aerospace Engineering Technology and has worked as Python Developer for more than 5 years, in both the private and public sector.  Since joining WorldPop, his primary focus has been on developing the Front-end and Back-end of WorldPop web based geospatial data platforms with utility across multiple domains. He also works on and develops Bespoke Portals and Tools, enabling interpretation of multiple GIS data layers and enhancing user Interface. Borys has previously worked as a Back-end and Front-end Developer for a number of different companies, integrating technologies to deliver well structured, user friendly interfaces and tools.
